2016 Workshop Registration

Written by

**UPDATE** For all of the lovely folks trying to register for one of the Floret workshops, please hang tight. Our website shop crashed and the inbox is FLOODED. We have our tech team working on the issue and you will receive an email from us shortly.**

After weeks of planning, I’m thrilled to confirm that registration for the 2016 Floret Workshops is now officially open!

As I previewed a few weeks ago,  we’re offering a total of six workshops in 2016:  three Seasonal Floral Intensives focused exclusively on design, and three Flower Farming Intensives geared specifically for growers.  You can find all of the workshop dates along with all of the details and buy your tickets over in the Upcoming Workshops section of the website.   Additional information about our workshops can be found on the Workshop Overview page .

workshop.6Our workshops sell-out quickly and after the flurry of press we’ve received this year, we’re anticipating an even greater demand. So if attending a Floret workshop is on your 2016 To-Do list, your holiday wish list, or on your lifetime bucket list, you’ll want to grab a seat soon, so don’t delay.

workshop.8Finally, I invite you to get the perspectives of past workshop participants. You can read more about their experiences– in their own words— over on the Praise page.

Have a workshop-related question not answered on any of these pages?  Please send an email to our office manager Jill ([email protected]) with WORKSHOP QUESTION in the subject line.  I hope to see you at one of our upcoming workshops!

I would like to be on a waiting list.

I’m confused about what happened yesterday. When was the third farming workshop announced? Were folks on the wait list added to that course? Devastated that I couldn’t get a spot; congrats to all who did!

Your blogs are wonderful and full of useful information; I appreciate them all! Now I am wondering if you have ever thought of writing an article or blog entry on how to give a workshop. I would be very much interested in tips on planning, on taking care of logistics, and other details that go into presenting a workshop. Did you have a mentor, a book, or a class on how to do this? I would like to have some at my farm, nothing like the magnitude of what you give, but perhaps a 2-hour to full day workshop on various aspects of gardening here in Colorado.

Any information you would like to share would be much appreciated! Thank you Erin, for all the wonderful things you do!
