Welcome to our new website!

Written by
Floret

After many months of hard work, I’m thrilled to finally welcome you to our new online home!

All summer and through the fall, we’ve been working steadily behind the scenes gathering, writing, and creating all of the beautiful pieces for our new online home. The goal was to create a space that was both beautiful and functional so that visitors could easily find what they were looking for.

Our new site was built to house a library’s worth of flower related information and endless inspiration from our farm and others around the world. You’ll notice that it has a cleaner, more streamlined appearance and is much more user friendly – especially the new online shop! It feels like we just got the keys to our new house and we’re just now moving in the furniture. There’s so much more to come.

In the coming days I will be giving you a more in-depth tour, highlighting key features and celebrating with some super fun giveaways. But today, I just want to say welcome, let you know about the availability of our products and give you a little preview of all the exciting things to come:

floret_deluxe-collection_670b0080OUR HOLIDAY OFFERINGS ARE NOW LIVE!

Our 2017 Calendars are hot off the presses and I still can’t get over how beautifully they turned out! But what’s even more exciting is that we also created a 2017 Floret Garden Journal & Daily Planner. This beautiful little gem is perfect for planning your garden in the coming cold, dark days of winter and includes detailed monthly growing advice for both cold and mild climates.

floret_little-fat-dragon_img_2989By popular demand, we also are offering limited edition prints of some of our favorite photos, including the dahlia-filled “Little Fat Dragon” print that went viral earlier this year.

Our Farmer-Florist tool belts are finally back in stock. In the Shop, you’ll find both black and brown leather tool belts and options for right handed or left handed holsters. Of all the tools on the farm, this is my very favorite.  I can’t recommend them highly enough!

floret_seed-collection_salmon-rose-mix_670b0038We also have put together a wonderful range of easy to grow, color palette inspired seed collections made up of my very favorite annual varieties. These collections will produce buckets of bountiful blooms perfect for cutting.

There are lots of beautiful gift ideas in the shop, so be sure to pop over and peruse all of the offerings. I hope you’ll love them as much as we do.

floret_dahlia_bracken-palamino_670b1225Upcoming dates to keep in mind:

Dahlia tubers will be available for sale starting in MID DECEMBER. We’ve heard from a lot of folks that they are itching to get their orders in for our dahlia tubers, but there are still some things we have to do behind the scenes to make that possible, so please hold tight. This year we’ll be offering 98 beautiful varieties. To help you plan, you can now preview the varieties over in the Shop.

Our full line of flower seeds (103 varieties!) will be available starting EARLY JANUARY. We’ve added lots of new varieties and I can’t wait for you to see them. Again, they can be viewed now in seed section of the shop.

If you want to be one of the first to know exactly when these guys go on sale, make sure you are signed up for our mailing list. We always give newsletter subscribers an early heads up.

I’ll be back soon to give you the full tour, but until then please make yourself at home and enjoy this new space.

I don’t know where you find the time to do all of this. Your husband captures your spirit beautifully in these pictures. I wish you both continued success.
