Where we ship

We ship signed books and other supplies all over the world.

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of customs duties and taxes, and the uncertainty surrounding international tariffs, we are currently only shipping seeds within the United States.

Duties, taxes & fees

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for paying all additional duties, taxes, and fees applied at the time of import. For more information, please review our Shop Terms & Conditions.

How we ship

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. 

International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the availability of a shipping service to specific countries. View available shipping methods at checkout.

Shipping carriers may experience delays, so we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package leaves our hands.

Please refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated shipping timeline.

Shipping address

If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email [email protected] with your order number and the correct address.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, the weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. This cost is set by the carriers. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. 

Combining orders

To ensure efficient processing and shipping, each order is handled and prepared for shipment individually. Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment after they have been placed.

Adding or removing items from an order

We are unable to modify your order after it has been placed. If you need to make changes, please place a new order and email [email protected] to cancel your existing order.

Canceling an order

If you need to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email [email protected] as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note: We are unable to remove individual items from your order.

Tracking an order

Please refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated shipping timeline.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification that contains a link to “View and track your order.”

Missing or lost packages

Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the “View and track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping carriers may experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances, so we cannot guarantee delivery times once the package leaves our hands.

In the event that your package is lost, we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. We also recommend asking neighbors and even other members of your household to see if they may have received it by mistake. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email [email protected] with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect, missing, or damaged product

If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email, or send an email to [email protected] with your name and order number, so we can help.
