This isn’t just any operations role—we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves bringing order to creative chaos, who finds joy in creating systems that make magic happen behind the scenes, and who takes pride in being the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly.
About Floret
Set in Washington’s beautiful Skagit Valley, Floret is a family-run flower farm and seed company specializing in breeding new cut flower varieties for gardeners, farmers, and designers. - Takes genuine pride in supporting others’ success
- Is intuitive and naturally anticipates problems before they arise
- Builds relationships and communicates with warmth and clarity
